Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

2. Accounts

• You sign up with an email address and password and verify the address before the first sign-in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password, API keys and SSH keys confidential.
• One welcome credit grant is issued per account. Creating additional accounts to collect it again is not permitted; such accounts are suspended and their credits removed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• mine, stake, or otherwise generate cryptocurrency, or run proof-of-work computations of any kind;
• attack, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems, the Service, or other users' runtimes or data;
• send spam, host malware, or distribute content that is illegal in [TODO: jurisdiction];
• circumvent metering, rate limits, isolation controls, or the credit gate;
• resell access to the Service without our written permission;

We may suspend or stop runtimes that violate this section.

4. Compute credits, billing and refunds

• Compute is metered per minute at the live rate card shown on the pricing page, from the moment a runtime is running until it stops. Provisioning time is never charged and a stopped runtime costs nothing.
• Credits are denominated in money: one credit is one cent of compute ($1 = 100 credits). Top-up packs are valid for 12 months from purchase; the one-time welcome grant expires 30 days after it is issued.
• Purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credit packs or subscriptions, in whole or in part, including for unused credits.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to the notebooks, files, models and data you place in your workspace. We process them only to provide the Service.
